At FindZIP.com all of our members have the opportunity to purchase and
earn shares in our Affiliate Revenue Sharing Account (ARSA). ARSA revenue with few exceptions consists of all advertising
and other revenue received by FindZIP.com, Discount.com, WebtoolsU.com and other other participating websites.
As an account holder you can use your Discount Dough to purchase shares in ARSA. As a premium account holder you
can also earn shares in ARSA for new accounts opened from your account's website. The cost of an ARSA share is
100 Discount Dough Rewards and dividends are paid to members quarterly based upon the formula as stated below.

Did you know that not millions but billions of dollars are being spent daily on Internet advertising, and those
numbers are just going to grow and grow. Think about this. If advertisers are willing to pay as much as $1,000,000
for a limited 30 second TV spot on highly watched event such as the Super Bowl, imagine how much they'll pay to

tube-like video website and CompPages.com a FindZIP-like website for the rest of the world. Neither is Paying Less and Earning More special to us here in
the US. Everyone around the world wants to Pay Less and
Earn More, and companies around the world want their ads seen too. What's even better is when you visit a local
FindZIP.com or CompPages.com website, you not only earn rewards, you also see and hear ads all about where you
can use your Discount Dough not only on the net, but at stores in your neighborhood too. Do you get the picture,

What Determines A Share's Value
To determine a share's value, the Affiliate Revenue Account is divided by the total number of affiliate shares
issued. If $100,000 was in the account and 100,000 Affiliate Shares were issued, each affiliate share would have
a value of $1. The more shares you have in your account, the more you earn.
Dividend Check Payments
Affiliate Revenue Account dividend checks are disbursed quarterly (every 90 days). Checks due for $25 or more will
be automatically deposited to your Pay Pal account or sent by mail less an accounting and mailing fee (not to exceed
$2) on or around the 5th of March, June, September and December.

What is the Value of Each Share
Due to the uncertainty of how many members or advertisers will be participating in any given month, or how much
revenue will be received. We cannot say in advance exactly how much an Affiliate Share will be. However you can
be certain of this. No matter how large or how small that amount may be, it will be more than you are earning right
now ... possibly hundreds or even thousands of dollars more .... and all it takes is just one additional click
when surfing or searching the net!
